Halloween season started with Holdens Preschool field trip to The Grove. He picked his own pumpkin. He could pick any one he wanted. I started with bigger ones thinking he'd want to carve it but he kept putting mine back and getting smaller and smaller until he got that one. He kept saying "It to big for Hooen, I lille".

These are the crazy turkeys that chased us after we saw the turtles. We had just left the place with the bathroom and Holden annouced he had to pee. So I do what any good mother would do. I found some tall grass and had him pee in the grass. I wasn't going to take my chances with those turkeys. They were scarey!

This is the gorgeous scenery we are blessed with on the North Shore. And this is Holden mid fit. He wanted to go along the walkway but it wasn't in the field trip plan and it made me nervous!

Here we are in the hayride and we are sitting in actually hay (first time for me). Above is the beautiful fall trees. This is pretty much what it looks like most places on the North Shore. I love fall here!

I think that last picture is very sweet of you two. And I agree--turkeys are big, scary, mean birds. Stay away from them!
