My kids are funny

I know I haven't updated in FOREVER! I find myself not putting things in because it's not updated so I'm saying officially saying WHATEVER. I can't be a pro-blogger. I am how I am and that's all I can be. A less than average blogger at best.

I don't want to blame it on busyness but man I feel busy. Parker just finished Football, Holden did Soccer and Bailey was doing Yoga (so cute) and Girls on the Run. She's running a 5k on saturday in fact. It's a great program that teaches girls self confidence, healthy living and exercise. She's loved it! I'm very excited for her. And I just gave birth to Super Saturday (as my good friend puts it). Braydens teaching this quarter so that complicates all of our lives. Though that's the purpose of his job, I realize he IS a professor, but I am glad when the term is over.

Anyway, Here are a few funnies:

Bailey and Brayden went for a walk and she had just gotten some new rain boots that were zebra print, very cute, and she was very excited about them. They were quiet for a minute and Brayden I'm sure was thinking about a paper or something work related and Bailey says "What are you thinking about?" and before he could answer she says, "How cute my boots are?". I'm sure it never occured to her that he would be thinking about anything else!

Holden and his friend Duncan were talking today in the car.

Duncan: Holden, do you have a phone book?
Holden: What's that?
Duncan: It's this big book that has everyone's phone number in it.
Holden: Wow, no I don't have that.
Duncan: I do. So I have your phone number.

And now I am suffering for my lack of blogging because I can't remember the other Holden thing I've been wanting to write. So this is all you get, sorry.

I think we need a picture of these "cute boots!" And, I am SURE that is exactly what Brayden was thinking about. He's such a fashionista.

I bet those boots are great! I love hearing funnies in your life since we can't actually experience your kids. Hope all is well!
